These terms apply to the website, request forms, service status pages, estimates, dispatch communications, mobile service calls, invoices, payments, and related customer interactions.
Service Requests And Availability
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, immediate dispatch, a specific arrival time, or completion of work. We confirm availability after reviewing the location, requested service, technician schedule, safety conditions, weather, equipment, parts, and job scope.
Available services include mobile tire work and selected automotive repairs. Every request must be confirmed before travel so we can determine whether the work can be completed safely and effectively on location.
We may decline, reschedule, cancel, or stop a job if conditions are unsafe, information is incomplete, equipment is outside scope, access is restricted, payment authorization is not confirmed, or the work requires tools, permits, insurance, procedures, or materials not available for the call.
Estimates, Fees, And Payment
Quotes and estimates may include callout, travel, labour, parts, materials, disposal, environmental, TSBC-related, after-hours, emergency, and tax charges where applicable.
Estimates are based on information available before inspection. Final charges may change if the job scope, location, access, tire size, tire construction, vehicle condition, parts, disposal, or safety conditions differ from the information provided.
Payment may be collected by payment link, card, invoice, or another approved method. Card payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party processor. Work may be delayed or withheld until payment terms are accepted.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate service location, contact details, vehicle/equipment information, tire size, tire construction, safety risks, access instructions, photos where requested, and authorization to work on the vehicle or equipment.
Customers must ensure safe access to the work area, disclose liquid-filled or multi-piece assemblies, secure loads or equipment where needed, and keep bystanders away from the work zone.
If the vehicle, equipment, wheel, rim, fasteners, tire, worksite, or access conditions are unsafe or misrepresented, additional charges may apply and service may be refused.
Safety And Scope Limits
Certain jobs require additional screening before dispatch, including multi-piece rim assemblies, liquid-filled tires, heavy agricultural tires, construction tires, solid forklift tires, severe damage, roadside exposure, and unstable vehicles or equipment.
We may require photos, additional information, special equipment, site support, or referral to another provider before accepting those jobs.
Information on the website is general business information, not technical instruction, legal advice, safety training, or a guarantee that a particular repair is appropriate.
Tracking, Photos, And Communications
Customers may receive phone, SMS, email, or payment-link communications related to dispatch, arrival, tracking, quote approval, invoices, completion, reviews, and service follow-up.
Live tracking, if provided, is for customer convenience while a technician is active on a job. ETAs are estimates and may change due to traffic, previous calls, weather, safety, or route changes.
Service photos, inspection notes, and completion records may be stored with the service record for billing, warranty, safety, customer service, and recordkeeping.
Warranties And Liability
Any product warranty is subject to the applicable manufacturer or supplier terms. Service workmanship issues should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from delays, downtime, missed appointments, inability to complete work, third-party systems, payment processors, road conditions, or inaccurate customer information.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
